APPLE PIE SHAKE
Heart-healthy cinnamon makes this shake extraordinary!
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1 cup apple slices
A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes - optional
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper

1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
1/2 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
MANGO-STRAWBERRY SHAKE
2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
1/2 cup diced mango
1-2 teaspoon Active Fiber Powder
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
1/2 cup of water
4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended.
MELON COOLER
2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
1/2 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1/2 cup of nonfat milk or soy milk
1/2 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
One slice of orange
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish mixture with fresh orange slice and serve with a straw.
PINA COLADA SHAKE
2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
1 tablespoon Personalized Protein Powder
1/4 banana, frozen and sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended. Garnish with a pineapple spear, black cherry or any other fruit.
PEACH PASSION SHAKE
2 tablespoons Protein Drink Mix in Vanilla Flavor
1 packet Peach Mango Protein Beverage Mix
16 oz. very cold water
4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine ingredients in blender and mix until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.
