Make your own shake as you like - with your favorite fruits!


APPLE PIE SHAKE

Heart-healthy cinnamon makes this shake extraordinary!

  • 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 cup apple slices
  • A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes - optional
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

  • Calories: 300
  • Protein: 30 grams
  • Fat: 1 gram
  • Carbohydrates: 46 grams


  • CHAI LATTE SHAKE

  • 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper
  • 4-5 ice cubes - optional
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

  • CHOCOLATE-BANANA SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.

    MANGO-STRAWBERRY SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1-2 teaspoon Active Fiber Powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
  • Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended.

    MELON COOLER

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 1/2 cup of nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • One slice of orange
  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish mixture with fresh orange slice and serve with a straw.

    PINA COLADA SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1/4 banana, frozen and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
  • Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended. Garnish with a pineapple spear, black cherry or any other fruit.

    PEACH PASSION SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Protein Drink Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 packet Peach Mango Protein Beverage Mix
  • 16 oz. very cold water
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
  • Combine ingredients in blender and mix until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.

    PINAPPLE ORANGE COCONUT
    This potassium-rich shake would be perfect after a workout.

  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 4 ice cubes - optional
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

  • 3 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1 6-ounce strawberry-flavored fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 ice cubes - optioal
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
    Note: For a less pudding-like consistency, add 1/4 cup nonfat milk and Personalized Protein Powder in the blender first, then add other ingredients and continue blending.
